To provide the best possible freshness in our restaurant it was decided from the beginning grow our own native varieties of fruits and vegetables. In our garden we pick tomatoes "cor de bou", the famous tomatoes "ramallet", red peppers, purple eggplant, white zucchini, purple artichoke, peppers "tap de corti", watermelon, melon, grapes and figs among others.

Also a part of the farm is devoted to the organically grown wheat which is then used for the preparation of organic flour that will be part of the dough used to bake our homemade breads and pastries.
